Delivery

Once you have submitted your order we will email you a sales invoice/confirmation within one working day. An order will be placed with our suppliers. Lead times for ex-stock doors are usually between 5 - 12 working days and you will be contacted with a delivery date at least one day prior. Express next day delivery is available on certain items, subject to cut off times (surcharges will apply), please contact us for a price. Should your item/s be out of stock, we can usually advise when they will be due back into stock. Doors that require glass fitting have a lead time of 2-3 weeks.

Please note that external pre-hung doors carry a lead time of 10-15 working days and pre-finished pre-hung doors carry a lead time of 15-20 working days . Composite doorsets have a lead time of approximately 10-15 working days . Internal doorsets are have a lead time of 5-7 weeks.

Delivery is carried out by one driver
Fully abled assistance will be required
Due to Health & Safety requirements the driver cannot remove their footwear.
Be advised our driver can only enter the property if someone over the age of 18 years is present. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery, check goods, assist where applicable, and sign documentation

FURTHER INFORMATION

Delivery will be made to a room of choice (ground floor only)
Kindly ensure any pets are kept secure during delivery
Fine Doors will not accept any liability for damages to floor/carpets
Our delivery staff do not carry any floor or carpet coverings
Please ensure you prepare your space for delivery, including floor protection if you deem it necessary

Additional/Enhance Services/Charges

Saturday delivery: An additional £50 charge applies for Saturday delivery. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request a Saturday delivery
Cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed delivery booking with less than 48 hours’ notice (Once a delivery date has been confirmed by the customer, any cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date (12pm cut-off, 48 hours prior) will be subject to the full delivery charge, which will be payable by the customer)
Change of delivery address after collection: If the customer requests a change to the delivery address after the goods have been collected by the courier, a £15 administration charge will be payable by the customer
Cancellation after collection: If an order is cancelled after the goods have been collected by the courier, the customer will be responsible for the original delivery charge plus an additional 50% of the delivery charge for the goods to be returned to us
Failed delivery: If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available at the delivery address, access being unavailable, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the full original delivery charge (100%) will be payable for re-delivery
