High standard British Standard nightlatch complies with BS3621:2004 and falls in line with the European standard (BS EN 12209)
This ERA lock is ideally suited for solid and glass panelled wooden doors, as it has been designed with an ergonomic internal locking handle offering added security against forced entry. The main lock bolt is "automatically" deadlocked when the door is closed, preventing the main bolt being retracted by a credit card or similar object. The bolt can be held in the withdrawn position (only) with the use of the snib feature. It is supplied with its own cylinder pull.

Key operation from the outside. Key and lever handle operation from the inside.
20mm bolt.
Comes with three keys.
60mm backset suitable for most doors, for doors with narrow stiles (or doors that will be heavily reduced in width) use the narrow night latch (40mm backset).
Suitable for inward opening doors only.
